Product Description

Tourmaline powder is obtained by mechanically crushing after removing impurities from the original tourmaline ore. The purified and processed tourmaline powder has high far infrared emissivity.

During the production of melt-blown fabric, tourmaline powder and other plastic particles are mixed together by melt-blown method, passing through the static electricity generation device, to become an electret under the voltage 5-10kv, to improve the filtration efficiency of fabric. Due to anion releasing, tourmaline has anti-bacteria function as well. 


Electret is a kind of electrolyte material which could store charge for a long time. The tourmaline electret material adopts the corona charging method to make the fiber carry a certain amount of charge, so that to give the electrostatic filtering function.
