Activated Bleaching Earth is used to decolorize purification in the field of animal and vegetable oil refining.
Activated Bleaching Earth can take off the harmful pigments, phospholipids, cotton, acid, and so on in oil to make high-grade edible oil.

Application

1.Foundry industry. Bentonite support is needed in both ordinary casting and precision casting to be used as sand mold binder to facilitate better modeling of castings.

2.Drilling mud. Bentonite is an ideal mud making material for low solid drilling. It has good lubricity, suspension, adhesion and expansibility when it meets water. The main functions of bentonite in drilling mud are: cooling drill bit, lubricating drill pipe, returning rock cuttings, protecting well wall and balancing formation pressure. When drilling in various complex geological layers, it is very easy to have accidents such as well wall collapse, block falling and buried drilling. At this time, high-quality sodium bentonite must be used for mud wall protection to prevent various hole collapse and buried drilling accidents, reduce losses and improve drilling efficiency.

3.Metallurgical pellet. The use of a small amount of bentonite in metallurgical pellet smelting is mainly to facilitate the bonding and grasping of iron ore concentrate powder and use it as iron ore pellet binder, so as to facilitate the balling, heating and sintering in the next step, and finally smelting.

4.Activated clay. Activated clay is a chemical product obtained from high-quality white bentonite after sulfuric acid activation treatment.
